Stream Realty Partners has hired a seasoned investment sales broker in the commercial real estate industry to serve as a Vice President of industrial brokerage in its Chicago office.
Paige Gunn joins Stream, a national real estate services, development, and investment company, from Transwestern, where she helped lead a capital markets team. She will be focused on helping to build Stream’s industrial brokerage platform with support from Ryan Boozer, Managing Director and Partner in Dallas. Her responsibilities will include sourcing and executing acquisitions, leasing and investment sales service business, and developments along with recruiting and training team members.

Gunn signed on at Transwestern in 2016 as an investment sales analyst and quickly rose through the ranks – from associate to associate director to senior director leading the Chicago Investment Sales Group. She has been involved in the successful origination and execution of over $310 million of office and industrial investment sales transactions throughout Chicago and the Midwest – totaling over 4.7 million square feet. She also has provided strategic, in-depth valuations and financial underwriting for over 100 million square feet of office, flex, industrial, and mixed-use assets for her clients with a total gross value of more than $3.8 billion.
Before Transwestern, Gunn worked for Marcus & Millichap and Berkadia after graduating from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management in 2015.

Gunn is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and a member of the Young Office Brokers Association and Chicago Real Estate Network.
