SVN Chicago Commercial has hired industrial veteran, John Joyce, CCIM. SVN Chicago Commercial partnered with Joyce to lead the Industrial group as managing director to service its growing client base in one of the nations largest industrial markets. Joyce will be tasked with growing the industrial team that will be located in a new office in Rosemont, Illinois and focused on suburban office properties.
Joyce comes to SVN with more than 25 years of experience. He was most recently a partner at Transwestern. In his years of service, he has completed more than 1,000 real estate transactions in excess of $750 million in consideration. Joyce has experience as an owner/investor/operator, having acquired multiple industrial assets.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), John was the CCIM Illinois chapter president. He also has experience teaching leadership development, including foundation, style and cultural and public speaking in the Chicago real estate community.
