The Boulder Group, a boutique investment real estate service firm specializing in single-tenant net lease properties, opened a new office in Denver, Colorado.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Chicago, The Boulder Group has arranged the acquisition and disposition of over $9 billion of single tenant net lease real estate transactions. From 2010-2022, the firm was ranked in the top 10 companies nationally for single tenant retail transactions by both Real Capital Analytics and CoStar.
The Denver office will be managed by Zach Wright, who brings over 10 years of single tenant investment sales experience with approximately $1 billion of single tenant transactions including 45 properties sold in 2022.
Joining him is Brandon Wright, who brings approximately seven years of real estate brokerage experience. The two previously worked at Blue West Capital, a Denver based investment sales firm.
The opening of the Denver office is a reunion as Zach Wright began his net lease career over 10 years ago with The Boulder Group in Chicago. After spending approximately seven years establishing himself in the single tenant net lease space, Zach Wright rejoins the company to open its first out-of-state office.
