Thomas Hollinden joins CBRE as senior director, transaction management

Thomas Hollinden has been named senior director, transaction management for CBRE in its Chicago occupier advisory and transaction services team.

Hollinden joins CBRE from Colliers International, where he was a transaction manager in its corporate solutions group, responsible for delivering integrated portfolio transaction management, project management and advisory services to clients nationwide. Prior to this role, Hollinden led several corporate accounts for JLL and he began his career in tenant representation at Grubb & Ellis (now Newmark Knight Frank).

He holds a BS in finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Active within the community, he is former president of the Sugar Beet Food Co-op and has held board of director roles for Seven Generations Ahead and EarthShare.
