This project was designed to meet the increasing demand for multifamily housing options in the city’s downtown core. The building offers a mix of units ranging from studios to penthouses, including 20 furnished units. Tenants have access to various amenities including a green roof space with a swimming pool and fire pit; a club room; fitness center; lounge; roof top deck; tenant storage, dog wash and bike storage. The mixed-use building also has 9,000 square feet of available ground-level retail space. As part of the City of Rochester’s Destination Medical Center (DMC) initiative, this project will serve the broader vision to create a truly integrated downtown community. The DMC initiative is a public-private partnership to position Rochester as the world’s premier destination for health and wellness. Opus and Titan were the co-developers of the project, and Titan provided the construction management. Opus was the design-builder, interior designer, architect and structural engineer of record.
