Ungaretti & Harris has added three new attorneys, expanding its Real Estate Department to 11 attorneys. John R. Joyce joins as a partner, and Gregory M. Linde and Gregory R. Jeffers join as associates.
John R. Joyce, 51, has joined as a partner in the Real Estate Department from Arnstein & Lehr LLP. His practice consists primarily of real estate transactions and he assists his clients in solving complex real estate problems. John represents residential and commercial developers, hotel operators, commercial property owners, financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, real estate management companies, investors, and nationally-branded franchisees.
Gregory M. Linde, 33, has joined Ungaretti & Harris as an associate in the Real Estate Department. He focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions and financing.
Gregory R. Jeffers, 29, has joined the firm as an associate in the Real Estate Department. His practice focuses on real estate transactions and real estate finance.
