NAI Hiffman represented TA Associates Realty in its long-term lease renewal with United Stationers Supply Co. for 328,104 square feet of industrial space at 810-870 Kimberly Drive in Carol Stream.
United Stationers, a wholesale distributor of business products, has been in the building since 1998 and uses the location as its Midwest Region Customer Care Distribution Center.
