Valley Fire has leased 31,200 square feet of warehouse space located at 101 Raddant Road in Batavia. Nick Eboli, vice president of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented building ownership, Liberty Property, and John Whitehead of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant in the transaction.
Separately, Eboli represented Shank Real Estate Holdings LLC in its purchase of a 29,450-square-foot warehouse building located at 575 Exchange Court in Aurora. Justin Lerner and Joe Karmin of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented building ownership, Vepaca 555 LLC, in the transaction.
