Polymer Industries LLC, a plastics manufacturer with headquarters in Alabama, leased 15,000 square feet at 694 Veterans Parkway in Bolingbrook. Terry Grapenthin and Josh Hearne of Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate represented Polymer Industries in the transaction.
Corfu Foods renewed its lease for 11,475 square feet at 649 Thomas Drive in Bensenville. Corfu was represented by Kelly Disser and Larry Much of NAI Hiffman.
The Valspar Corp., a Rosemont-based paint sales company, leased 7,155 square feet at 8910 W. 192nd St. in Mokena. Valspar chose the Mokena location for its south suburban distribution facility. Bill Buntyn of Case Commercial Partners represented Valspar in the transaction.
Aquagenics Technologies leased 20,022 square feet at 2764 Golfview Drive in Naperville. Aquagenics was previously located in Saint Charles and relocated to 2764 Golfview for an expansion of their operations.
DJ Shopping Connection Inc. leased 15,326 square feet at 1200 Independence Boulevard in Romeoville. DJ Shopping Connection is expanding into the Independence Boulevard building from Woodridge and was represented by Michael Wilens of KBF Corporate Real Estate Services.
