Venture One Real Estate LLC, through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial II, LP, has closed on a 60,025-square-foot vacant industrial building at 927 N. Shore Drive in Lake Bluff.
The building is located in southern Lake County with immediate access to I-94 and Highway 41. It features 22-foot clear ceilings, 2,400 amp power service, 50-foot column spacing, four loading docks and approximately 5,000 square feet of office. The site contains extra land that can be used for building expansion or additional parking.
Upon acquisition Venture One will be completing significant renovations including façade upgrades, office improvements, interior painting, parking lot resurfacing and loading dock renovations.
Zachary Graham, Brett Kroner, Keith Puritz and Ryan Bain of CBRE represented the seller in the transaction and will be retained by Venture One to continue marketing the facility.
