Vision & Beyond Capital Investments has closed on two buildings that will soon allow more people to enjoy luxury living amenities near two growing districts in Cincinnati.
Vision & Beyond has acquired 7-9 W. Court St., a mixed-use building at the corner of Court and Vine streets with 18 market-rate apartment units and five commercial storefronts. This building is at the crossroads of the new Court Street Plaza business district currently under construction.
Originally built in 1905, Vision & Beyond will preserve the historical charm that is original to the building while making extensive renovations that elevate residential units to Class-A standards. The sixth floor was previously undeveloped and will also be transformed into six additional apartments.
Once complete, tenants will be able to enjoy granite countertops, top appliances and other modern improvements.
The second acquisition involves 1025 Central Avenue, a five-minute walk to West End Stadium, the home of soccer team FC Cincinnati. Vision & Beyond will renovate the 11 market-rate apartment units and three businesses, allowing tenants to enjoy more luxurious amenities and modern improvements.
Vision & Beyond is investing around $7 million to acquire and renovate both properties.
Vision & Beyond has invested $91 million and acquired more than 1550 multifamily residential units in greater Cincinnati. The company is poised to invest another $200 million in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton.
