Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International has completed a 17,883-square-foot office lease on behalf of building owner Sears Family Partnership at 23905 Mercantile in Beachwood, Ohio.
Crestwood Management, LLC will occupy the entire office building. Crestwood Management signed a seven-year lease for the building and has already taken occupancy of the property. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Jerry Medinger and Denise Hahn with Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.
The property is a well-maintained one-story building that has housed single long-term tenants over the years. The existing configuration of the building allowed for some minor construction and mostly cosmetic construction improvements that were all that was needed to make the space suit the tenant perfectly, Hahn added.
