Oak Street Real Estate Capital purchased a 122,177-square-foot office building in Bloomington, Minn., from BentleyForbes.
Wesley Kirkham of Wes Kirkham Properties represented BentleyForbes in the deal.
The property serves as the corporate headquarters of GN ReSound, a provider of hearing-aid technology. Gn ReSound signed a long-term lease to occupy the entire property earlier this year.
