The Habitat Company, a mutlifamily developer and property manager, has acquired and assumed property management of an affordable rental development in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood and two other affordable housing properties in the Chicago area.
The three properties, which total to 500 residences, will add to Habitat’s portfolio of more than 10,000 units.
The three new communities include Eastwood Garden Apartments at 6531 S. Lowe Ave., Indian trails Apartments at 251 E. 121st Place, 221 E. 121st Place and 12141 S. Indiana Ave. and Ridge Garden Apartments at 10010-10040 S. Sayre Ave.
