Cresa names new principals with Chicago project management group

Cresa has added Jacqueline Loftis and Amanda Simon as principals with its Project Management Group in Chicago.

The duo will focus on growing the local team while also managing large scale, multi-site national assignments with a special emphasis on retail. The addition of the advisors represents a strategic move to bolster Cresa’s capabilities and expertise in this sector and underscores the firm’s dedication to excellence in the dynamic world of retail real estate.

Loftis is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in sales and business development environments within the construction and project management arena. She brings a proven track record of exceptional business practices and a dedication to delivering an outstanding client experience.

She joins Cresa from Coolsys where, as Director of Business Development, she played a pivotal role in driving the company’s business growth, securing new clients, and expanding the firm’s presence around the globe. Her attention to detail, technical background, and ability to connect with clients have been instrumental in her success in the world of construction. She previously worked at Sevan Multi-Site Solutions managing large, multi-site clients. 

Simon joins Cresa from Sevan Multi-Site Solutions where she was Vice President, Operations, responsible for the establishment of programs and teams to facilitate multi-site scaling for global companies. An agile and innovative leader in program and construction management, she has overseen projects for many national organizations including Amazon Fresh, Walmart, F45, and Sprouts. She previously worked for Amazon, Fresh Thyme Market, Inland and the John Buck Company. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana.
