Podolsky Circle was awarded with several CORFAC International’s Standards of Excellence Awards which were presented during the firm’s Fall Summit in Denver, Colorado earlier in September.
The annual awards recognize members for their dedication and commitment to CORFAC International network as well as member firms that demonstrate excellence.
Podolsky Circle was named 2017 Platinum Level Standards of Excellence Award recipient by CORFAC International. Podolsky was one of two firms to achieve this recognition and has won it every year since the award’s inception.
Principal John Homsher, CCIM, was recognized with the Charlie King MVP Awards in recognition of his devotion and service to CORFAC International. During his tenure as CORFAC’s president in 2016, Mr. Homsher had many notable achievements and grew the network both nationally and internationally.
“I have been involved with CORFAC since its inception in 1989 serving in a variety of leadership roles culminating in my 2016 Presidency,” Homsher said in a statement. “It was a personal honor and achievement to win the Charlie King MVP award as Charlie King has been and continues to be a mentor to me and strongly encouraged me to become actively involved in CORFAC leadership several years ago.”
In addition, Principal Adam Tarantur, CCIM, won the Olen Monsees Award. The award recognizes exceptional service to the organization in memory of Olen, who was an iconic figure in the Kansas City real estate brokerage community. Tarantur has spent the past five years working to engage next generation brokers from around the globe in the CORFAC network through targeting programming, the formation of a scholarship program and mentorship opportunities.
Podolsky Circle is a charter member of CORFAC and one of its four co-founding firms.
