Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Pogoda Companies has taken on two new management contracts, one in Trotwood, Ohio, and a second in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Trotwood has 57,000 square feet in 427 units, while the Battle Creek property has 68,000 square feet in 401 units with an additional 15,000 square feet expected to be added by late fall.
Both are located within Pogoda’s existing portfolio.
