Sunbeam Development Corporation is developing Franklin Tech Park in Franklin, Indiana, a 933,825-square-foot speculative industrial facility.
Construction of the building has begun, with tenant occupancy available at the end of the year.
The 63.75-acre site is located at Interstate-65 and State Road 44. It will be located near other industrial occupiers such as Aisin, Cooper Tire, Interstate Warehousing and Mitsubishi.
The spec building will offer 36-foot clear heights, 96 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 70-foot loading bays, LED light fixtures, an ESFR sprinkler system and more than 800 car parking spaces.
Luke Wessell, executive managing director, and Grant Lindley, director, with the Indianapolis office of Cushman & Wakefield as marketing agents for the property. Robert Dugger, director of project and development services with Cushman & Wakefield, will manage the construction project.
Sunbeam has hired Compass Commercial Construction, JRA Architecture and Studio A of Indianapolis to provide construction, architectural and engineering services for the development.
