Co-developers Time Equities, Inc. (TEI), JK Equities (JKE) and Oak Capitals, officially launched the marketing campaign for 1000M, a 73-story residential tower located on Michigan Avenue at Grant Park. 1000M is set to transform the Chicago skyline and raise the bar for high-rise living in Chicago.
On the newly launched preview website, registrants will be the first to receive priority invites to tour the property’s showroom opening this fall, as well as sneak peaks at unit plans, renderings, construction updates, and they will be among the first to have access to select their apartment home in the new tower.
The website features several new renderings of the project, including exterior and interior views. Aerial views of the tower highlight its soaring, elegant design offering stunning 360-degree views of the Loop, Grant Park and Lake Michigan. Interior images highlight sophisticated apartment and amenity area finishes.
1000M has also activated its Facebook and Instagram accounts, @1000MChicago, which feature additional new content and will provide a first-hand look at the building’s ongoing progress.
First unit deliveries are anticipated in Spring 2024, with additional units being delivered in phases throughout the balance of 2024.
1000M was designed by the late, luminary German architect Helmut Jahn and his company, Jahn/, which remains the architectural firm of record for the development. Renowned Chicago-based interior designer, Kara Mann, designed the apartment and amenity area interiors. McHugh is the construction manager for the project. Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank provided construction financing for the project. Lincoln Property Company, a leader in multifamily property management, has been engaged as leasing and management agent for 1000M.
Centrally located along Chicago’s Cultural Mile at the Museum Campus, 1000M is within walking distance of countless neighborhood amenities including Grant Park, Maggie Daley Park and Millennium Park, the lakefront, Northerly Island, numerous restaurants, transportation, schools and world class cultural institutions such as the Art Institute, Field Museum, Adler Planetarium, Shedd Aquarium and Soldier Field.
