Filtration Group is an essential company involved in producing filtration systems across the globe including critical solutions and products in the fight against the coronavirus.

The company operates under a long-term NNN lease at the two sites. 1309 S. 58th St. is an 80,171-square-foot industrial manufacturing property located within the greater Kansas City MSA where industrial vacancy currently hovers under 5 percent.
600 Railroad Avenue, York, is a 49,641-square-foot facility situated 27 miles southwest of Charlotte, North Carolina, where Amazon, Staples and UPS each have regional distribution centers.
