The 73% occupied, 11-unit center is shadow-anchored by Aldi and features a mix of retail and business concepts. SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller involved in the transaction.
After six months of negotiations, the retail strip center sold for $2,450,000 to an undisclosed, out-of-state buyer. This and other transactions show that the investment real estate market continues to transact despite higher interest rates.
