11 rental communities from Draper and Kramer’s national portfolio win resident satisfaction awards

Draper and Kramer, Incorporated announced that 11 rental communities from its national management portfolio were named 2025 Resident Satisfaction award winners by SatisFacts.

In addition, two of those same Draper and Kramer-managed rental communities also won an ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated award for resident satisfaction as measured by ApartmentRatings.com reviews — a top-tier recognition received by a select group of rental communities nationwide.

Draper and Kramer also received a SatisFacts 2025 National Company Award and was recognized as an ApartmentRatings epIQ Top 50 Management Company. 

The two Draper and Kramer communities receiving an ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated award for resident satisfaction include:

  • HUBBARD221 (221 W. Hubbard St.) in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, a 195-unit luxury apartment tower with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units
  • Moda at The Hill (2100 Boardman St.) in St. Louis’ historic The Hill neighborhood, which offers 225 apartments including studio, one- and two-bedroom units

The 11 Draper and Kramer properties receiving Resident Satisfaction awards for achieving high scores on SatisFacts surveys include the two listed above as well as:

  • Eleven Thirty (1130 South Michigan Ave.), a 656-unit high rise in Chicago’s South Loop neighborhood offering studio, one- and two-bedroom rentals
  • 1350-1360 Lake Shore Drive in Chicago’s Gold Coast, a 740-unit property with studio, one- and two-bedroom rentals
  • Burnham Pointe (730 S. Clark St.), a 298-unit rental community in Chicago’s Printers Row neighborhood with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments
  • DK Riata (5705 Diehl Trail), a 307-unit multifamily property in Austin, Texas that comprises 195 one-bedroom units and 112 two-bedroom units across 17 buildings, including five three-floor apartment buildings and 12 two-story rental townhomes
  • Grand Plaza (530 N. State St.), a 482-unit luxury property in Chicago’s River North neighborhood with studio, convertible, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments
  • Homestead Apartments (443 Sherwood Rd.)in La Grange Park, Ill., a suburb of Chicago, which features 366 one- and two-bedroom residences
  • North 680 (680 E. Algonquin Rd.), a 180-unit luxury community in Schaumburg, Ill., a suburb of Chicago, offering one- and two-bedroom plans and four tri-level, two-bedroom rental townhomes
  • Senita on Cave Creek (23555 N. Desert Peak Parkway), a 240-unit property in Phoenix, Ariz. with one-, two-, and three- bedroom units
  • Wrigleyville Lofts (949 W. Dakin St.), a seven-story, 120-unit mixed-use building near historic Wrigley Field in Chicago, featuring one- and two-bedroom rentals
