Ken Peach from Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT announced the sale of a 131 acre site on the SW corner of 131st and Parker Road in Lemont, Illinois. Peach represented the Seller, and Rick Gordon of Landquest LLC represented the buyer, MI Homes of Chicago.
The site was completely engineered and shovel ready for the new owner to begin launching the development of single family homes .
