A 136-room Fairfield by Marriott hotel opened last week in downtown St. Louis as part of a transformation of the Downtown West area of the city.
Located at 2144 Market St., the Fairfield Inn by Marriott Inn & Suites St. Louis Downtown will operate as Marriott franchise, owned and operated by Equis Hospitality Management LLC of St. Louis.
The new hotel is located within the footprint of $8 billion in development now taking place in the city of St. Louis. Neighboring projects include a $250 million Major League Soccer stadium for St. Louis new soccer expansion team, the new St. Louis Aquarium and St. Louis Wheel at the $187 million Union Station family entertainment complex.
