Whittaker Potts has joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group of Cushman & Wakefield. Potts will be based in the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri, office, serving as executive managing director, and will be responsible for multifamily investment sales throughout Kansas and Missouri.
Potts brings with him extensive experience focused on acquisitions and dispositions, valuation analysis marketing strategies, and understanding current market fundamentals. He has also worked as an independent contractor for several of the largest oil and gas companies around the nation, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions.
Whittaker graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication studies, and currently holds a real estate license in both Kansas and Missouri.
