Kyle A. Stengle, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Downtown office, represented the seller. The buyer, Dwelle Properties, performed in the middle of this Covid environment with no financing contingency. The property is a 100 percetn occupied, well maintained, 16-unit apartment building.
