Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) and US REO Fund announced the signing of five new medical leases at Prestonwood Medical Center at 7000 W. Plano Parkway in Plano, Texas.
The new leases represent a significant expansion of medical services in the West Plano area totaling more than 16,000 square feet in total.
Prestonwood Medical Center has successfully secured new physician practices in 2024, enhancing its status as a vital hub for healthcare providers. The following groups have committed to leases within the 80,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building on its nine acre campus:
- Vital Heart Care – 2,284 SF
- DFW Sleep Solutions – 2,614 SF
- Stryde Research Clinic – 3,242
- Pediatric Eyecare of North Texas – 3,674 SF
- BrightPath Behavior – 4,257
