Forum Flats will be opening a new apartment complex in April in Troy, Michigan.
Developed by a joint venture between two Michigan owned and operated companies, Cypress Partners and Douglas Capital Partners, Forum Flats stands as a testament to innovation, luxury, and community.
The complex, comprised of three separate three-story buildings, totaling 200 meticulously crafted units, boasts a sleek and contemporary design, offering a tenant lounge, pool, and dog park, encompassing a harmonious blend of comfort and style. The first of the three buildings took over the former 100,000-square-foot office space previously utilized by Kelly Services. The two additional buildings comprised of 55 units each, are set to open in early summer of 2024.
These buildings have been constructed from the ground up and are located adjacent to the first building. Construction on this project, led by the development team at Cypress Partners, designed by Royal Oak-based Krieger Klatt Architects and contracted by Tower Construction, began in December of 2022.
