Brown Commercial Group has negotiated the sale of a 20,362-square-foot industrial/flex building at 1808 Ogden Ave. in Lisle, IL. Mike Antonelli, Partner with Brown Commercial Group, represented the seller, a private trust, in the transaction.
The buyer was Gator Chef, a supplier of new and used restaurant equipment. The building is a rare, free-standing flex/industrial building that is located along the I-88 submarket in the Village of Lisle’s retail district. It includes 8,840 square feet of warehouse space, 6,953 square feet of drop ceiling production space and 4,360 square feet of office space, along with 80 parking stalls. It is located on a 3.5-acre site.
“The location of the property in a key retail corridor, along with the village’s vision of the best use for the property, presented several challenges as we worked to identify the right buyer,” Antonelli said. “We were fortunate to secure a buyer that satisfied the needs of both the Seller and the Village of Lisle. We believe this new owner will be a great fit for the community.”
The buyer was represented by Anthony Ciaravino of Cushman & Wakefield.
