Tucson-based Watermark Retirement Communities and Houston-based Hines introduce The Watermark at Houston Heights, an innovative senior living community. The seven-story residential tower in Houston’s Greater Heights neighborhood (between T.C. Jester Boulevard and Durham Drive/Shepherd Drive) will be the tallest building in the neighborhood, offering sweeping views of the downtown skyline.

Comprised of 222 residences, The Watermark at Houston Heights will offer Senior Living, Assisted Living andMemory Care options that support each community member in discovering, developing and embracing daily opportunities to live rich and enjoyable lives. Residents will enjoy a sophisticated environment with 24-hour concierge services, amenities and activities to stimulate the mind and body alike, as well as convenient access to The Heights’ renowned art galleries, restaurants, shopping, entertainment centers and White Oak Bayou.

Slated for completion in January 2022, the community is part of Watermark’s newly launched Élan Collection, an elevated benchmark in senior living and care that blends ageless style with grand amenities, engaging activities, integrative wellness and a luxury, resort lifestyle. It will be first Élan Collection property in Texas; others are located in Napa, Los Angeles, Brooklyn and Tucson.

Boasting luxury Senior Living residences for those seeking an independent lifestyle, along with Assisted Living and Memory Care levels, The Watermark at Houston Heights will provide expert care tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Caring associates will be available around the clock, always focused on creating a warm and nurturing environment. The community also will utilize Watermark’s global response system, featuring the latest in wearable medical technology to provide residents and their families an added layer of safety.
