Thomas Dunsmore has joined Minneapolis’ NAI Everest. Before joining the company, Dunsmore brokered more than 4.5 million square feet in transactions.
These transactions included all facets of Coram Health Care’s real estate, made up of acquisitions, disposition and the analysis of 110 locations across all 50 states. Dunsmore also developed 1.2 million square feet in office condo projects in the Twin Cities area.
Dunsmore’s commercial real estate career spans more than 25 years.
