3 Palms Pizzeria and Bakery has been added to Crawford Hoying‘s Bridge Park list of tenants in Dublin, Ohio.
The new lease will be the third location for the pizzeria. Scheduled to open next spring, 3 Palms will occupy 3,531 square feet of space along the west side of the Scioto River and feature an expansive outdoor patio.
The restaurant is perfectly situated to provide spectacular views of the new walking bridge spanning the Scotio River and 12-acre riverfront park. The restaurant will bring 50 new jobs to the community.
3 Palms will join Bridge Park tenants: Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ The Avenue, The RAM Restaurant and Brewery, and Mesh Fitness.
