Beacon Capital Partners (Beacon) announced a new lease at 303 E. Wacker with CNO Financial Group. The full-floor lease, 32,825 square feet on the 5th floor of the building, marks the first full-floor lease announcement in 2022 in the East Loop of Chicago. CNO Financial will leave their current office at 111 E. Wacker and take occupancy at 303 E. Wacker in the summer of 2023.

Wacker,” said CNO Vice President of Facilities Matthew Woodruff. “As CNO transitions to a more hybrid workforce, this modern and open building will support the development of a workplace that our associates told us they were looking for when in the office. We are looking forward to our new office environment that will provide greater flexibility and more collaboration spaces to further enhance our CNO culture and associate experience.”
303 E. Wacker recently underwent a repositioning. The new 303 E. Wacker includes a new lobby with a bar and coffee shop, a penthouse level tenant-only lounge with operable Nanoglass windows and views of the lake, and a new fitness center. 303 E. Wacker also created The Hive, a short-term flexible leasing model that allows tenants to take immediate occupancy with a lease as short as six months.

303 E. Wacker is a 30-story, 944,000-square-foot building located on the riverfront in Chicago’s East Loop. The property’s Miesian architectural design offers highly efficient 33,000-square-foot floorplates that are well-suited for both open-plan and private office layouts. Floor-to-ceiling window lines provide excellent views of the Chicago River, Lake Michigan, and the Chicago skyline.
