Newly remodeled 303 East Wacker welcomes non-profit, The International Fellowship of Christian and Jews, to the building. The non-profit has signed on to lease 33,217 RSF, adding to the growing list of tenants interested in 303 East Wacker.
“303 East Wacker offers tenants a stunning place to grow with great views of both the Chicago River and Navy Pier,” said Jack O’Brien of Telos, LLC. “The location coupled with the recent repositioning makes 303 East Wacker a great choice for tenants. The building offers a one-of-a-kind penthouse tenant lounge that The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews can now use for company event space.”
303 East Wacker finalized its $35 million renovation this year that completely renovated the lobby, upgraded all elevators with destination dispatch, and transformed the windowless penthouse mechanical floor into a trophy-class tenant-amenity center. Tenants now have access to the Lighthouse, the penthouse tenant-lounge and health club with 60 feet of operable accordion-style windows, allowing for fresh air and views of Navy Pier. The completely renovated lobby now houses the Luminary, a café by day and bar by night.
Jack O’Brien, Nikki Kern, and Colton Riemenschneider of Telos, LLC represented Ownership in the transaction. Robert Sevim and Jon Azulay at Savills represented The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
