33 Realty recently brokered the $1,975,000 sale of a multifamily property located in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood.
The building, located at 4653-4657 N. Beacon Street, consists of nine turnkey, condo-quality units with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. 33 Realty’s Mark Kurgan and Sean Connelly represented the buyer in the transaction.
“This transaction came together quickly,” said Kurgan. “The seller was an out-of-town owner looking to divest property in Illinois. The buyer was a local investor in a 1031 exchange looking for North Side, long-term holds.”
