The Aesthetic Method will move from is current Ferndale, Michigan, location to Wolf River Development Company’s new 409 on 9 mixed-use development on 9 Mile, just east of Woodward.
409 on 9 will have more than 100 new luxury apartments and will feature a rooftop patio, fitness center, dog run and other resident amenities. The development also has two ground-level retail units.
The Aesthetic Method will occupy 1,630 square feet. Kyle Darcey of the Assemble Space represented The Aesthetic Method and the Gerdom Realty & Investment team of Michael Murphy and Joel Karboske represented Wolf River Development Company in the deal.
