Construction is nearly complete on 42 West Apartments, the first new, mid-rise apartment community built in Southfield in more than 25 years.
The 114-unit luxury development is located at the corner of W 12 Mile and Southfield Roads. Occupancy is set to start in early March.

The development will be managed by Village Green, one of the nation’s largest and most highly awarded lease-up and management companies.
