Transwestern announces 500 West Madison, a 1.5 million-square-foot, Class A, mixed-use tower in downtown Chicago, has been awarded the BOMA 360 designation. Transwestern is the exclusive leasing agent and property manager on behalf of KBS REIT III, which purchased the trophy asset in December 2013.
“This designation is an affirmation of the experience we look to provide for our tenants: performance at the highest levels,” said Brett Merz, senior vice president at KBS. “We look to continue to exceed expectations and attract and retain tenants who expect the same.”
The BOMA 360 Performance Program® of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International designates commercial buildings that perform at the highest levels in all major areas of building operations and management. The program benchmarks building performance in six key areas: operations and management; security and safety; training and education; energy; environment and sustainability; and tenant relations.
