Lantern Commons is a new 60-acre mixed-use development planned for Westfield, Indiana, one of the fastest-growing trade areas in the state.
Located in the northeast quadrant of 161st Street and U.S. 31, Lantern Commons is poised to become the unofficial gateway to downtown Westfield.
Planned uses for the project include retail, hotel, Class-A office space, medical office space, seniors housing, daycare facilities, multifamily residential, small shops and restaurants.
Matt Worthley, development associate with Tom English Real Estate, will be developing the retail corridor of the project, while Gary Perel, principal and senior director of retail with ALO Property Group, will be handling the leasing.
