Developed by CA Ventures and White Oak Realty, the 20-story 625 W. Adams is ready to welcome tenants later this month. The building will deliver 438,184 square feet of office space to Chicago’s West Loop, but it will also be bristling with amenities.
Designed by Martin Wolf, FAIA, of Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Associates, tenants of 625 W. Adams will have access to a ground/mezzanine-level conference center and auditorium for corporate events and seminars. A separate conference and training center on the building’s seventh floor will also be available.
Other amenities include a Wi-Fi-enabled entertainment lounge, a cafe and wine bar, two office suites with their own private, outdoor terraces and a wellness center that comes with a yoga room. The entire north portion of the building has a 25-foot tall lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass, oriented toward Heritage Green Park. The office building will also feature 2,500 square feet of ground floor retail and in-building parking with capacity for 400 vehicles.
USAA Real Estate Company was a joint venture on the project and Power Construction acted as general contractor. Newmark Knight Frank has been engaged as the office leasing agent for the building and Vanderbilt Office Properties will be the property manager.
