Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Melody Lane Mobile Home Park, a manufactured homes community located in Gary, Indiana. The asset sold for $4.15 million.
Andrean Angelov, first vice president; Ryan Engle, senior managing director; and Brad Kreppel, associate, all investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.
The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Angelov, Engle and Kreppel.
Melody Lane Mobile Home Park is located at 3625 Calhoun St. in Gary. The property consists of 154 spaces with 54 park-owned homes and an on-site office. After numerous offers, the property was sold to an out-of-state buyer.
