P.A. Commercial closed the sale of 26700 Lahser Road, a 95,000-square-foot office building in Southfield, Michigan.
Located at the corner of Lahser Road and Northwestern Highway, 26700 Lahser features a combination of solar and wind energy unlike any office building in the area. The building has four wind turbines, 707 solar panels and several electric vehicle chargers.
In addition, the building has been renovated throughout, features floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality finishes and includes attractive entry spaces, lobbies and restrooms.
Matthew Schiffman, senior associate with P.A. Commercial represented the seller in this transaction. The buyer is 26700 Lahser, LLC. The seller is leasing back a portion of the building and the buyer plans to continue leasing the balance of the vacancy.
The building is home to Boston-based Hire Counsel, 1-800-Law Firm and Specs Howard School of Media Arts.
