NAI Partners arranged an 8,021-square-foot lease for tenant Sprinkle Pop at Point West Business Center, a flex industrial park in Houston owned by Partners Capital, the investment arm of NAI Partners.

NAI Partners’ Lesley Rice and Andy Parrish represented landlord, Partners Capital, in the transaction.

“We are so excited to be expanding into a larger space. Baking has been so hugely popular since the beginning of the pandemic that Sprinkle Pop is growing so fast, we are literally selling sprinkles faster than we can produce them! Our new production facility will allow us to continue to grow our business and meet the market demand for our designer sprinkles,” said Liz Butts, founder and CEO of Sprinkle Pop.

Sprinkle Pop is a bespoke sprinkle mix maker founded in the spring of 2017. Sprinkle Pop serves baking supply stores, professional cake/cookie decorators and baked-good enthusiasts around the globe with the high-quality, unique, customizable sprinkle product.
