Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Bestco Storage Portfolio, a 42,580-square-foot self-storage facility in Knox, Indiana.
Sean Delaney, senior vice president and investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company. The buyer, a limited liability company, was also secured and represented by Delaney.

The Bestco Storage Portfolio, which consists of five locations in Knox, Indiana, was 100-percent occupied with a waiting list.
