NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 771 Corporate Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.
The 120,000-square-foot, 10-story Class-A office building was sold to a private purchaser. Al Isaac, president of NAI Isaac, represented the seller.
The office building is located near the CBD of Lexington, the Bluegrass Airport and retail, restaurants and hotels in the southwest Lexington suburban office submarket.
The property owner has retained NAI Isaac as the exclusive leasing agent and property manager for the building.
