Avison Young|St. Louis has completed a 769,500-square-foot lease for FedEx Supply Chain in the Lakeview Commerce Center at Lakeview V in Edwardsville, Illinois, in the St. Louis market.

Brian Kelley and Timothy Convy of Avison Young and Fischer & Company exclusively represented FedEx Supply Chain. Lakeview V is owned by Panattoni Development.

FedEx Supply Chain signed a leased to occupy the entire building. This brings its total footprint to more than 2 million square feet in the area.

“We are please to provide FedEx Supply Chain with a fantastic solution for their real estate needs,” said Kelley. “Even with the challenges presented in the St. Louis market, we were able to find a solution to help FedEx Supply Chain continue to service its clients throughout the Midwest.”

CBRE represented the landlord, Panattoni Development.
