Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management, Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines today announced that Worldwide Express will relocate its Dallas headquarters to The Stack Deep Ellum. One of the country’s leading third-party logistics companies, Worldwide Express has agreed to a 10-year lease for 24,480 square feet at the new 16-story, mixed-use office building in Dallas’ Deep Ellum neighborhood. In lease negotiations, Worldwide Express was represented by Transwestern and The Stack was represented by ALT+CO.

“We are excited to welcome Worldwide Express to The Stack Deep Ellum,” said Hines Managing Director Ben Brewer, on behalf of The Stack. “Our goal with The Stack was to create a building that nurtures both employee engagement and company culture, allowing our tenants to grow and connect to their environment. I’m looking forward to welcoming the Worldwide Express team and seeing them flourish in this new space.”

Founded in 1992, Worldwide Express is a fast-growing logistics and technology company supporting small-to mid-size businesses across the United States. The signing of this new lease will bring a diverse, dynamic workforce to join the tenants of Deep Ellum. Relocating from its current office in Victory Park, the new lease will capture the entire 15th floor and offer employees access to a collection of upscale amenities, an unparalleled location and walkability to one of the city’s most influential, artistic quarters.

“We’re excited to move our growing team to Deep Ellum,” said Worldwide Express CEO Tom Madine. “Given the caliber of building features and appeal of the location, The Stack was a natural choice for our team. We’re looking forward to connecting our employees to such a vibrant neighborhood while also offering close access to a collection of amenities that will support their growth and well-being.”

Located just east of the city’s Central Business District, The Stack Deep Ellum offers its tenants a campus experience beyond its doors – with more than 75 options for breakfast, lunch, happy hour, and dinner just a few steps away. The project is pre-certified LEED® Core & Shell, Fitwell, and WELL, and is one of Dallas’ first new construction projects to receive WELL certification. Additional sustainability measures and tenant amenities include an innovative and touchless experience from garage to office, electric vehicle and scooter charging stations, an expansive 10th floor amenity terrace overlooking the Dallas skyline, state-of-the-art fitness center, ultramodern bicycle storage and ‘end-of-trip’ facilities, coffee/cocktail lounge, concierge package delivery, and more to elevate the office experience. The Stack Deep Ellum also celebrates Deep Ellum’s rich cultural and blues history through curated local artwork.
