Cawley Chicago’s O’Hare industrial team recently completed the sale of a 34,120 square foot free-standing industrial facility in Franklin Park. The building, located at 2706 Edgington Street was only on the market for one month prior to selling to a neighboring company.
Principal, Andrew Maletich, Vice-President, Matt Garland and Associate, Dustin Albers represented the building owner, NCA Acquisition in this transaction.
“We were happy to help the seller achieve their goal of downsizing their business with a quick sale of their building and facilitating a lease for a new location that better fits the company needs,” says Albers. The buyer, Olympia Food Industries Inc was represented by Joe Bronson with NAI Hiffman.
