Peter Jankowski of Friedman Real Estate recently sold Park Place Manor Apartments at a sale price of $9.64 million.
Located in Lansing, Michigan, the community is comprised of 10 two-story buildings on 3.34 acres containing 280 apartment units. Friedman’s Peter Jankowski advised both parties in the transaction.
