Health insurance agency ClaimLinx has renewed its lease at 10260 Alliance Road in Blue Ash, Ohio, relocating within the building to an office space with 6,122 square feet.
Blue Ash is in the Cincinnati market.
Building owner Ohio National Financial Services was represented in the renewal by JLL Senior Vice President Michelle Klingenberg, and JLL Senior Vice President Todd Pease represented ClaimLinx.
ClaimLinx has operated on the first floor of 10260 Alliance Rd. for the last 15 years. This expansion to the third floor stems from the agency’s need for a more efficient and modern space design to house its growing insurance benefits consulting practice.
With 24/7 security, recently updated mechanical systems, numerous other building updates and views of Blue Ash’s Summit Park, the building offers numerous advantages such as location and signage opportunities in a more intimate setting, given the building’s size and easy accessibility.
In December 2020, Lee & Associates | Cincinnati signed a lease for the entire second floor of 10260 Alliance Rd. The development at this building represents a continued demand for amenitized, well located office spaces in the Cincinnati suburban market.
